Installation & Getting Started
Once you have installed the extension from the Chrome Web Store, follow these simple steps to access it easily and start your SEO workflow.
Pin the extension
Click the puzzle icon (Extensions) in the top right corner of your Chrome browser, find "Viral Ninja" in the list, and click the pushpin icon to pin it to your toolbar.
Open the panel
Click the Viral Ninja icon you just pinned. The tool will open neatly in your browser's side panel, allowing you to keep an eye on TikTok while using the extension.
How to Generate Your Data Matrix
Extracting powerful SEO data takes just a few clicks. Follow this sequence to capture your competitors' metrics.
Navigate to TikTok
Open a new tab and go to the official TikTok website.
Run a search
Type your keyword or niche into the TikTok search bar (e.g., "SEO tips", "3D design", etc.) and press Enter.
Load the videos
Scroll down the results page to load the number of videos you want to analyze. Viral Ninja will capture all the videos currently visible on your screen.
Export
In the Viral Ninja side panel, click the extraction button.
Download the CSV
A .csv file will automatically be generated and downloaded to your computer.
Understanding Your CSV Export
The generated file is formatted to be easily readable in Excel, Google Sheets, or Apple Numbers. It provides you with a comprehensive data matrix, including:

Troubleshooting & FAQ
Encountering an issue? Here are the solutions to the most common problems.
Make sure you are currently on a TikTok search page (tiktok.com/search/...). The extension is specifically designed to analyze search results pages, not your "For You" feed or personal profile.
Ensure you have given the TikTok page enough time to fully load the search results before clicking the extraction button. If your internet connection is slow, just wait a few extra seconds.
CSV files use separators. If your data doesn't separate automatically, use the "Text to Columns" feature in Excel (found under the "Data" tab) and select the comma as your delimiter.
